Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product for its return. You need to pay for the return shipping.

Please reach out to us through vvhymebrand@gmail.com and state:

1. Reasons of return;
   
   
2. Pictures of product if it's damaged or faulty.
   
   

Once we receive the products, we check the original condition of the product and refund the corresponding amount of the order if there weren't any quality issues. If additional shipping costs incurred we exclude them from the return amount.

When will I receive my refund?

You'll receive the amount within approximately 3-7 days, depending on your bank.
