When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we don't ship on the weekend or holidays.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel has been collected. This email will also contain your Mail tracking number and delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery time for international shipments is 1 to 3 weeks now.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders in Ukraine, the cost of delivery is according to the tariffs of the logistics service Nova Poshta.
For international shipments, shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel (from $25).
